I like solving problems. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. Whether it’s finding the perfect song for a party, or finding something that sates multiple personalities, I’ve been able to quickly uncover a pain point and identify a strategic solution.
Constantly stirring the IBP soup pot, I excel at using proven methods to successfully streamline operations (human resources, finance, information technology, administration, facilities, agreements, and sometimes programs – when they let me), increase productivity, and deliver the organization’s mission. I might be a bit assertive and enthusiastic, but with extensive knowledge of process optimization and a strong worth ethic, I bring mindfulness and trust at IBP.
My curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner, an invaluable trait in this ever-changing field.
